Thank you so much for stopping by! I could tell you many things like the fact that I’m a podcast junkie, bonafide secret ninja (ok not really) or a father of two wacky wiggle worms. How I became a loan signing agent was by grace.
We were helping our mom move to Houston to be closer to us and sold the last house my parents lived in Dallas. We asked for a mobile notary to help with our closing documents. She was courteous but was in awe of not briefly explaining what each documents she was signing. Simply put, the mobile notary was just pushing papers and asking her to sign. I couldn’t imagine if I wasn’t there, she may have signed documents she didn’t understand! At that moment, I knew buyers/sellers deserve a much better signing experience than what my mom went through! I got my commission with mission to deliver a signing experience that signers should expect!
I am a commissioned online Texas notary who is also a certified loan signing agent that is specifically trained to handle loan documents. For lenders and title companies, notary signing agents are the critical final link to complete the loan. Missing this critical step may delay closing, commissions or rate locks.
